Lupi Luxury Homes builds in Rock Lake Estates to appeal to clients who appreciate estate living in natural surroundings with easy access to a wide variety of amenities. This phase is a little more affordable than the other phases of Rock Lake as the lots (and subsequently, the homes) are slightly smaller ranging from 38-44 feet wide and 120-130 feet deep with prices ranging from the mid $900's to $1.2 million and over, depending on the lot and how the home is finished. The architectural controls in place also ensure that the area complements the other estate phases in Rock Lake.

Five Lakes at Rock Lake Estates is the only estates area left in NW Calgary. Lots within this new phase of Rock Lake Estates enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains, Canada Olympic Park or west Downtown Calgary. Perched up high on the Foothills, most lots back on to greenspace or wetlands and there are a large number of walkout lots available as well.

This phase is called Five Lakes for the five wetlands on site (a total 7.6 hectares). All five bodies of water are classified as environmental reserve and as such will be owned, protected and maintained by The City of Calgary.

While homeowners will feel like they're tucked away from the hustle of city living, the amenities are impressive: easy access to shopping at the Royal Oak Shopping Centre, Beacon Hill and Crowfoot. There are banks, restaurants, coffee shops, home improvement stores, grocery stores, a movie theatre, lifestyle shopping, a Costco, a Wal-Mart, gyms, yoga studios and so much more. Also a short drive away is The Farmer's Market in Bearspaw, Canada Olympic Park, Butterfield Acres, The Ranch, Banff, Nakiska and the amenities available near Cochrane and Sundre where there are plenty of summer camps, campgrounds and picnic areas.

There are schools, churches, playgrounds and parks and most exciting is the upcoming opening of the Rocky Ridge Recreation Centre. It sits within a natural park with views of the city and mountains, tucked between an existing hill that reaches Calgary’s highest natural elevation and a reconstructed wetland. It's an impressive 284,000 square foot building but is designed to complement the surrounding landscape. We are just as excited about the opening of this facility as our clients will be!
